The programme is meant for students of Colleges of Education (Federal, State and private colleges of Education) who have to take part in the mandatory Language Immersion Programme just after their second year of studies, and before the final year.

At the end of the programme, students should be able to:

Ø  Understand and speak French fluently

Ø  Read and write French

Colleges of Education LIP cover twelve (12) weeks, i.e. one semester only.

Every year, the Nigeria French Language Village receives two sets of Colleges of Education students.

The first batch is from August to October and the second batch is from September to December.
